There's still a whip antennae......(Seriously--- get rid of that thing already!!)

Yeah I noticed that too, is the F150 stuck in 1998? Is it too expensive to get rid of it, like every other manufacturer has?

Cannot believe the amount of bitching about this new truck. 3.0's, a 10 speed auto, 450+ horsepower, paddle shifters, AWD option on transfer case and all the new '15 F-150 technology.

Seems like a lot of people have a problem with progression...

Yep!!!

People like what they're used to. They also don't like having the old model, even if it's 18+ mos out.

But this happens on every vehicle forum every time a mfr comes out with a new vehicle.

The Corvette forums are littered with haters who swore the new one sucks and they'd never buy one. And they did. Buy one.

Yep!

I still don't like the new vette though

As far as antenna goes the whip antenna functions better than other options. Yes a stubby will work but not as well. Antennas in windows suck badly.

I'm not a big fan of the C7 either. It's too busy. Way too much shit just tacked on. There is no flow. Oh and the C7Z06 is slow.....:)

They work just fine on every other car I've owned post 2003. HD radio also comes in great.

Perhaps when you're running the Baja 1000 you need a little extra height on that antenna?

I use my whip antenna to judge if my truck will clear an opening. However, I'm sure I could make do without it.

Does anyone know what all of the switches are in the headrest? The one picture I've found shows the aux switches clearly but the others are blurry. Seems intentional. One video I watched it almost looked like heated and cooled seat buttons. Anyone seen what's up there?
