I installed RPG adjustable collars on the middle 2.5" setting last weekend and gained 2" lift. I have the exact before and after measurements and will post later.
btw, center of the wheel leaves a lot of room for error. I measured from the bottom outside edge of the wheel to the fender.

Wow you're only at 39.75" up front with a 2.25" collar??

Crazy how I am at 43" with a 2.5" geiser spring Are you sure you are not only giving us the beginning measurement? You should be closer to 42" with that collar on.

I literally went out to the parking lot and measured it as it sat. It does seem a bit low, but I don't know why.

rear: stock springs, 3/4+ tank gas
front: RPG 2.25"

rear: 40.25"
front: 39.75"

also, tires are pretty much bald, gotta be good for another 1/2" all around

Original measurements were done in a parking lot. I measured again on my flat garage floor.

drivers front: 40.75"
passenger front: 41"

drivers rear 41.5"
passenger rear 42"

this is with a little under a half tank of gas now, and I also have a truck tool box that must weigh close to 100 lbs

Has anyone installed the collars without unbolting anything and just using spring compressors? Gonna attempt my RPG 1.5s in the next day or three.

I will be doing the same as soon as mine arrive. Just ordered yesterday from Rick @Freedommotorsports and RPG!

Ive done it both times without unbolting anything. its a bit of a *****, but it is do-able.

RPG has a video on youtube of them doing the install on a gen 1, and its almost the same for a gen 2. it gives you a good idea how to place the compressors. Also, its easier to remove the safety pins from the compressors, the coils are too thick to use them anyway.
