Yeah its just that coupled with the other problems Im just having issues coping.

The whole reason I gave up on GM is because I had a Pontiac that blew a motor at 65k and I owned a Chevy Colorado for 1 year and put over 2 grand in repairs in it. It was mostly electronics but I never had to do a full engine breakdown.

YODA! You never told me you had a GT500KR!!!!!!!!!!

I leave in a month. You have GOT to take me for a ride!

My B. Certainly...if you help my crack through the several inches of ice in my driveway. Oh, and shovel the roads in my neighborhood. As late as this winter is lasting is crushing me. Not just for getting the truck out on the trails, but getting my car back on the road. I'm hoping I can get it to the Cruisin' with Santa on 18 May. I'm not holding my breath. If the car is out before you roll, I'll definitely give you a ride. :party36:

Sorry about your truck... But my .02 is that after owning many GM's and Fords, each getting over 60K a year in hard miles for work and play. Ford takes the cake on reliability for me, including my race toys. i.e. One of my SVT Cobra's is still running strong with new owner with 743rwhp. My last Corvette, 06 C6 Z heads, cam etc.. made 613rwhp and dropped exhaust valve shattering piston and put the titanium rod through the block within one season. These things happen.
Hopefully everything works out for you and you get back to fully enjoying you Raptor. Take care.

You know this is a great opportunity! UPGRADE TIME! Had a bad wrist pin on a 6.2 Chevy and while it was apart from the investigation of where the noise was coming from did a few things including a cam. Was a real PIA getting the programming down for the tune but when it was done it was worth it. There is not very much out there for the Ford 6.2 but the deal I made with the Chevy Store (very cool folks there to do this) that was working on it (took 2 weeks) was as long as it was apart would they put the parts in for me. Documented all of it so they would not be liable in case of a failure because Chevy was paying for putting it back together just not with the stock GM parts.

Might ask about doing this since it is already out of the truck.
