Looking for some help troubleshooting. I’m getting the following codes: P193E, U0164, U0199, U0200, U0252, U0256. I get warnings about blind spot detector, passenger air bag, mirrors won’t fold, no heat/air etc. I‘ve been able to clear them and might be a couple days before they come back. I did some research and it looks like network issues. Mods to the truck, front fog lights hooked up to outfitter switch. Rear lights also hooked up to outfitter switch as well as to the driver side tail light (I disconnected this and it still came back today). RD detector hooked up to outfitter switch. I checked battery connections. What other things should I be checking?

Thanks in advance.

My man sounds like a low voltage aux or main batt. Possibly from a faulty ground or one of your accessories hooked up wrong.id check voltage for a strong 12.3 off the batt and take it from there.

Passenger side locks work (although it’s not throwing any warnings now). Battery reading 11.99V when the truck is off (getting reading from accessport gauge). I do have a ground for the rear lights that I want to check once all the slush and ice melts off.

What is normal lifespan of a battery in the Raptor? 2.5 years seems fairly short.

Couple other things that popped up for the first time today, all tire pressures went blank and when I turned the truck off, got a message stating “Restart now or key is needed” and key was in my pocket. All sound like gremlins from low battery voltage?

@FordTechOne mentioned previously it’s possible to lose a battery cell fairly suddenly. I’m not sure the symptoms align completely here, but this is definitely an oddball issue.

does auto stop / start operate normally? That usually one of the first indicators of low battery as the BMS will shut off auto stop / start until there’s sufficient power for reliable operation- at least I think it’s BMS but either way, if AS/S is off for charging, after the truck is warmed up, but close to start up, then that could be clueful. The passenger door handle sensor also suspends for low battery. H/T to @isis

No FORSCAN updates? Some compromise the BMS functionality.

Not sure about Auto start/stop. It’s disabled via Cobb accessport. I don’t have forscan and so no changes there.

Find a friend wirh a fresh batt. Install and see if that does the trick. If it does , buy a new one . Yr symptoms are textbook low voltage. Also , find the parasitic draw from an accessory. due to chronological age of batt, its likely a voltage draw in key off condition. Otherwise you'll just keep smoking $250 batteries.
