OK guys had a bad weekend. Had a Prius pull out in front of me and bam gonna have it in the shop. when you have lemons make vodka lemonade's right. so what i am thinking is a rouge front bumper. possibly new wheels and tires and I will need a driver side fender so thinking to do new fenders possibly.

so here is my question. I love the look of the Rouge Racing truck in their adds. but I had a tundra that I put a lift on looked sweet but the tire rub absolutely infuriated me. and many hours spent on trying to flex and melt fender liners and trimmed the cab supports and it still rubbed.

I want no rub on this high quality truck I want show and go.

thinking either fuel or method wheels. Give me your thoughts and experience's she is going in on tuesday and gonna have parts sent asap.

Are you sticking with 35s or wanting to do 37s? Because that's gonna determine your potential for rubbing.

Is your front suspension on mid perch?

35" would be fine toyo 35x12.50-17
do you think that 35" toyos would rub at stock perch?
What is the benifit of mid perch?

I've read someone post that they shouldn't. Mid perch is supposed to give a little bit of extra clearance and better handling. I did mine when I tried to put some 37s, but they still rubbed too much. I left it at mid perch. It leveled out the truck, and it handles great, but I also got new wheels and tires.

Do a search on mid perch and you'll find some pretty good discussions. If your having it worked on, now is the time to do it. And you'll get that little extra bit of clearance for peace of mind. But I read some posts of someone who fit those tires on stock rims and stock perch. YMMV.

I don't think you'll have issues with the stock fenders. New fenders seems like overkill. But hey, if you want to be absolutely sure...

If you're looking on replacing everything with help from the insurance, you're looking at around $850 for the fender and flare with paint. When I priced boatecs with liners and paint I was looking at $2600-3000. The truck fits 35's easily, and at mid perch it's just about perfect. Mid perch changes the truck and can be done for just about free.

Also if you get the rogue bumper with 2 light bars, you are going to have to cut your frame horns. That's what made me go ADD Race R and not rogue.
