Are they supposed to have pinkish redish tint to them off? Just got mine in the mail just want to make sure. Packing does say NU380RA so I think it is correct.

The actual shield has a protective film on the front and back of it. These protective films do have a pink tint.
Once you peel them away you will have a very clear shield.
