OK when I get out of work.
OK guys just got off the phone with some local installers and Lenny from nav-tv, to make a long mixed story short next week nav-tv is getting a raptor and should have a solution. Basically right now their claimed force of the front camera is by rewiring things around. So now they r saying they r going to try to figure a plug and play way to force it instead of chopping into things and rewiring. So I guess we wait unless our house installer nosbusa beats them to it lol. I'll try to get him more info soon. I will also keep u guys updated on this. I have been emailing and calling really trying to get a nice plug and play solution for us.

haha, we know lenny. he is the person we always talk to when we call them up for parts or tech specs
it seems that there are a lot of you that are looking into this. i have 2 questions for everyone here
1. who is interested in only getting the front camera to turn on, compared to who wants both dvd and camera
2. is there anyone in the bay area who wants to loan me their truck so i can confirm what needs to be done. there will be no charge for labor, this is strictly for the benefit of the forum members and the truck will stay locked inside our shop until its completed.
if there are any takers pm me and we can set things up. everything will be done through our shop, which means you get free professional work which is warrantied and in return we gain the knowledge and experience to pass on to others

i forgot to mention, if it is just trying to force the front camera there should be a way to do it without any expensive parts, which we will cover, but if you are trying to get both dvd and camera and we do need parts we will sell them to you at our dealer cost with no markup. but all labor will be free.
