MY23 new order scheduled for build date in 10 days!

I placed an order on 09/12/2022 and got a confirmation email from ford the same day.
I got an email from ford last Thursday 09/22/2022 with a VIN number and a build date of 10/17/2022
it only took 10 days from the day of ordering and getting it scheduled.
I guess as long as the dealer has the allocation, it's a pretty fast process!

I ordered August 10th 2022 and was scheduled September 8th for October 10th initially which was then pushed back to October 17th. Black, 37PP, Pro Power, Moonroof, Carbon Fiber, no bedliner.

Yep. This is the exception to the rule. Consider yourself EXTREMELY lucky, man. lol

Not to be a negative Nancy, but there are a ton of people with 10/17 build dates and some have been pushed to 10/31. I'm hoping it stays the same (I have the same date) but not holding my breath.

At the same time, 45k vehicles are sitting on hold in lots and there are people with MY22 Raptors sitting in lots for a month or more.

Your dealer got some black mail on the area Ford rep or something? haha man that's awesome. I was told my 23 would get in the "first wave" so we'll see. All I have is the order confirmation, no vin yet...
