Damn dude, mine just went in too and had ~$10k of warranty work done on it. Hope yours gets covered too.

Head gasket.

Not likely with the coolant in the oil

On a sleeved engine it would most likely be the seal between sleeve and block.

Sorry about your troubles, but somewhere there is an open for the coolant to get in to the crank case
