Yep.. The problem is actually worse with stock intake..

Well hopefully they put a little more effort into it. I'm betting if they spend sometime on it, they'll realize the problem stems farther than the cai that was on it. Keep being firm with them but try not to lose it on them. It's easier to flag a vin for deny warranty due to aftermarket parts then it is to reverse it. When relations between customers escalate sometimes flagging the vin in the ford system is the dealers final F.U. Then its a huge headache for everyone involved.

I know that those intake manifolds can crack, allowing coolant to leak.

I'm confused so has anyone found a DTC yet. With the wrench light on there should be a stored code. It won't show up in bezel dish due to its a power train code. Sounds like you just need to put a new throttle body on it. Good luck

Okay here is the follow up for the latest drama .

After 2 days at dealer, and 15 attempts to start and duplicate problem. They were unable to get stumbling, backfiring, nothing! Pressure tested radiator, no leaks, or leak down... Tested vacuum system, no leaks found.. They are completely stumped, and were going to give up.. Thankfully I had the video of the problem. Because with the video showing issue, they knew something was wrong. They called Ford and opened a case number for me. The guy from Ford called today and was great..
He wanted to make sure I was happy, which I am not. So he said they were going to give me Ford ESP PremiumCare 7 year 125,000 mile plan to make sure I don't worry about problems down the road.

And most important part. They are contacting SVT and engineering team to see if this issue is related to the Canister purge valve to popped up early 2010-2011 6.2 motors. They are working on the problem and will get the bottom of it.

Pretty impressive if you ask me!
