NEVER engage in road manner corrections. You’re not thinking clearly and never know what the other driver has had going on. They could be a clueless moron, apologetic and remorseful, or they could be holding a .45 in their right hand waiting for your window to come down and give them a piece of your mind, whereupon they shoot you in the face.
Don’t do that again. He’s in a f@cking Neon, life is bad enough for him. You have dash cam footage, if he f*cks up you have evidence. BUT, if something had happened, you can damn well bet his lawyer is going to whine about him being late for his baby-mama’s delivery at the local hospital, and there you were putting him on edge.
These clowns are a detriment to society, no doubt but if you engage them, it only makes the situation worse. If he wants to pass you, let him throw the block for you. The nice thing about the Rap, if he ***** up, you can find a way around, over or past. Worst case, you pull the wreckage out of the way and drive on. Peasants in their peasant cars are stuck there.
Also, next time something like this happens, dictate to the camera. “being tailgated by agitated driver, I have a vehicle immediately to my right and in front, am moving to allow him to pass” - Obviously if anything more comes of it, save the video.

I was going to suggest this as well, but remember, by this time peasant neon driver is already starting his passing on the right. that could have caused its own collision. Once PND committed to the right lane pass, best bet is to either maintain steady throttle or create some distance, even if you need to let off the throttle. The closer the peasant is to you, the more likely their antics will collect you and whomever is riding with you.

My life has been much better since I decided I didn't have to be first in line all the time. Some shitbox with a hairlipped bumper cuts me off, I kind of just feel sorry for them now.
Glad you have the speed turned off on the cam. I turned mine off, I'm always speeding up and down the road, don't need more evidence against me should something happen.

Huh, legit first time I've seen a SRT Neon in years. It's like they all got repoed and crushed in Florida.
I really think some drivers do not understand the limits of their cars and their clapped out Altima, neon, g35 etc are do not have the handling ability they think it does. Homie does a blind weave in a do or die effort to get in front of you. If he had to brake while weaving he's taking out cars/wall/you etc.
I get the frustration of some of these drivers but just got to yield and let the neon by. Nothing good comes out of trying to compete with an idiot.

I can guess a lot on this incident.....but I'm going to filter myself on this one for sure. Are you in the south I haven't checked your profile, I can tell you this seems to be how many are growing up seeing there parents drive like this and doing this as soon as they get a license. Riding everyone's @$$....weaving in and out of traffic like crazy, driving speeds they surely can't control and are just waiting to cause a wreck, death, or road rage incident.
