Curious to see if anyone mentions Deavers

I personally thing that deavers and bumps are must-haves if you are going to use the truck as intended.

The rear end was WAY too soft/bouncy with the stock leaf springs.

If anyone loves them and wants a spare set of stock leaf springs.. they are yours in you pick em up in new orleans.

and while deavers don't completely cure axle wrap, they help a lot.

thanks for the suggestions guys.

So far ive done:

LED license plate light upgrade.
SDHQ pillar mounts with xl80
E&G console locker.
Cut 6-7 inches off my OEM antenna and epoxied on a rubber tip.
RokBlokz mud flaps<-----this is my vote for a MUST HAVE
18% tint all over.

I still plan on getting an extended warranty from Flood ford. I have the OEM spray in liner in the bed. I dont do bed cover-tonneaus because i haul a dirtbike often. I think im pretty much finished fiddling with the truck. maybe a pedal commander in the future. and I plan to spray the rear wheel wells black. I think i will get some BD LED lights for the rear bumper.

Stubby antenna

I just purchased my raptor on Friday and as soon as I pulled in the garage it hit the top of the garage. Ordered stubby that min. Had one on my jeep jk and love it.

24” clearmask
15% stratos tint on driver and passenger
50% on windshield
30% over factory rear
Not sure on sunroof yet
Tacky raptor stripes and side sticker removal
All done by me so only material cost

For the thousandth time. I have a gen 1.... specifically bought it because of the ecoboost horror stories which ironically are happening in this ecoboost now too. I chose to spend my money wisely, and did not want to waste time with it always in service. The leaking oil pan fiasco, as well as the number of misfire complaints is alarming in itself.

Eco Boost Issues?

Anyway on the mods that you def need:

I got my raptor 2-3 weeks ago.

1. new wheels 17s with a more aggressive offset
2. Bed cover
3. Tune
4. Tints

Those were a must for me to start

We chose to do Phase 1 of our Shop Truck build with some "must-have" and "nice-to-have" items.

Modifications include:
Baja Designs Unlimited Fog Kit
Baja Designs 30" S8 Grille Kit
RPG Adjustable Shock Collars
Method Race Wheels 17" Con6 on stock tires
BakFlip MX4
BedRug Mat

They're subtle changes individually, but when combined, you add a touch of aggressiveness and functionality to your truck.

Your shop truck looks awesome. Is that a spray in bed liner and what type cover on top?

Thank you!

The spray-in liner was done locally here in Houston. The cover is a BakFlip MX4 with a BedRug Mat on top of the sprayed liner.

Can you get me a bedrug mat? or am I better off going thru them directly? How much should a bed liner like that run? Im not sure what the going prices are for these.
