AMS is thicker than COBB. Not a problem with stock bumpers, but will inhibit fitment on some aftermarket bumpers.

Feel free to drop us a line if we can help. We carry both COBB and AMS.
A YouTube video claimed that the Cobb will fit without removing fans, do you know if the AMS is the same since it's thicker?

I couldn't answer that one as I've not done. But we always remove the fans on Raptor intercooler installs. Since AMS is thicker, even if it were possible on the COBB unit, I doubt it's possible with AMS.

Ok, thanks.

I've just read about some getting codes after removing fans even if the try to leave it plugged in after removing shutters.
