well, depending on things like how much they weigh, how wide you go (12.5 or 13.5) etc will determine how much of a change you personally will see
city MPG will drop, highway MPG may possibly go up.
if you get a tire that doesnt weigh much more than stock, and is the same width as stock (12.5) your highway MPG will most likely go up as it will drop the revs.
just make sure you get a tuner, and adjust the computer for the larger tire size... and the extra benefits it brings like performance, economy etc.
