Never had a leak. I don't use the thing much, but I like having the option. I really try not to justify things with my already ridiculous truck. I wasn't feeling very practical when I bought the thing, and I'm not worried about the practicality of the options now. If you want it, get it. If not, leave it off.

One weird, and slightly annoying thing I've noticed is that the shade that covers the moonroof will actually slide open a bit when I'm off roading and hitting whoops and jumps. It won't come all the way open just a small crack that inevitably lets the sun shine straight down into my eyes. Not sure if anyone else has that issue.

Same issue on my H2 when climbing up steep grades or when I'm bouncing up and down from some serious rocks.

Love mine. when i had the Black Raptor during the summer it was nice, open it up and open the back window for a nice breeze and sunshine, vent it and get a lil fresh air, or if its just too damn how outside, close it all up and its like its not there! so i have 3 months total time in Raptors with a moonroof, (2 in the black, 1 in the jacked up General Lee) and not one issue with the moonroof. we had some big big downpours too during the summer, and the Raptor stayed dry inside while in the driveway.... cant say the same about my garage and basement tho.....

never had one before, so ordered my raptor without one figuring I don't know what I'm missing out on anyway lol. Rather than the 1K on the moonroof I put that towards the NAV that I was on the edge about getting.

Love mine. I actually forget about it most of the time when I could open it but it's fine. I haven't had any leakage but i have also been going thru the Texas drought. I vote to get it.

OK Here is my video from when I first saw the drips around the seal.
I'm using my hand and just lightly catching the drips from the roof.
Drips are coming from between the seal and edge of truck roof.
WARNING lower your volume....lol :peace:

Hmm no leaks here at all. I even left the roof vented one night during a rain. When I went to the car in the morning, I fully expected some moisture on the inside. But, I was surprised to find there was none. there must be some sort of drip pan/drainage up there.

Yes. There is a drip tray for catching any water that may be laying on top after it rains or what not.
Didn't expect Ford dealer to tell me that its normal to see consistant drips even when it's closed.
What's the point of a seal if it doesn't seal.
Anyways I placed a little bit of vaseline around the edge of the seal and it pretty much stopped it.
