Never had a problem with one ever, I love mine and use it often. It's really good when you vent it and open the back window, you get the perfect amount of fresh air.

I'm not getting it in my 2012 for the same reasons SaintdFan stated. It'll also save me a few bucks. But then some people without the moonroof have also experienced leaks through the satellite radio antenna.

With that said, the Raptor will be the only car in the family without a moonroof. It is nice to have when it's nice outside but that's usually such a rare occasion in GA.

As far as resale goes, I don't think you'll recover much of it. Invoice is about $600 IIRC and I think you'd only get a couple hundred back. If you're doing it for the resale then don't do it. If you're doing it because you want it then do it.

I love mine, use it all the time. Nothing like rolling down the road with all the windoes, sunroof, and rear window open on a nice day. But just flipping the roof up and oepning the rear window brings in a nice flow...i love mine.

I love mine as well. Didn't get one in the DD Focus, but that's cuz I just took what they had off the lot. With the rear window slid open and the sunroof popped up, it's an awesome breeze in the cab without the air from the windows being down.

Ditto.
Love it but I did have some water which apparently we have a drip tray to catch any water around the seal. Wasn't happy about it but I still LOVE the sun roof.
Might get 1 or 2 drips once in a while on a heavy down poor.

I really like mine, but I don't use it a lot. For me, it's cool that I got it, but I didn't pick my options because I bought mine used. So I got every option. I'm not sure if I would have thrown it on a truck if I had been picking options

I completely agree with the others about kicking open the vent and then opening the rear window for a nice breeze.

One weird, and slightly annoying thing I've noticed is that the shade that covers the moonroof will actually slide open a bit when I'm off roading and hitting whoops and jumps. It won't come all the way open just a small crack that inevitably lets the sun shine straight down into my eyes. Not sure if anyone else has that issue.

I always buy a moonroof, and when I tint the windows, I have the moonroof tinted "limo black." That lets me enjoy the view, but experience no glare or heat and never have to close the shade.

Yeah mine hasn't dripped either. Granted I live in AZ, but we do get a few good downpours.

I like that idea about the limo tint too. I think I'll have that done.
