First off, I never said sports cars "of today", but regardless of era, is the 2016 V6 Mustang or 2016 V6 Camaro LT not considered a sports car in your book? Beats both of those in 0-60 and the quarter per Car and Driver. Beats a couple 2 door BMW's that I looked up too, which are also marketed as sports cars. If manufacturers are going to be ignorant in calling them sports cars, I'll go ahead and say the Raptor will beat the shit out of some sports cars on the street today. When I see the 2017 Screw put up the same numbers as my G8 GT did in stock trim, I'll say it'll take care of plenty of cars marketed as sports cars today and won't feel ignorant in saying it in the least bit.
Not too shabby for a pickup that produces sports car performance on the street and can run in the Baja in stock trim.
All you V6 nutswingers are going to be first to cry when they release the V8 TT ecoboost. I can see the posts now " I should of waited " "Why did'nt they say they were coming out with a V8 TT ". Of course the New Raptor is going to be faster than the old one. Ford will never release a new generation if i can't outperorm the old.
that makes as much sense as me hangin' out @ g1 forumV6 nutswingers will cry when when a V8 EB is released.
