here is what the oil analysis report I got from my friend’s analysis says:
“Time isn’t a major factor for modern engines. The oil doesn’t go bad over time and it only accumulates metal with use, so a mileage based interval is often the best unit of measure. Universal averages show typical wear after ~5300 miles on the oil”...
