and is the OP saying vehicles in Europe come with a headlight adjustment in the interior?

sorry, but I call BS.
My 2005 Saabaru (WRX wagon clone) with HIDs had a switch that did that.

Isn't is called a "rear view window"?
I’ve never called it that. Just rear window. I only say ‘rear-view’ when talking about the center mirror.

But I don’t make the rules.

I tried the rear window defrosting switch and the mirrors defrosted, so that is correct.
And the light adjustment is something standard on all European cars, so for me it was normal that a car had this. My wife's 6000 euro car even has it.
It's a shame that trucks in the states don't have this, it's a really convenient feature.

Yea. I agree. It would be nice to have that feature.

I'd also like a rear rain / fog light as well.

If someone hasn’t mentioned it, you can adjust the headlights under the hood with a screwdriver, the owners manual has a drawing showing you where the holes are to make the adjustment.

There are a few vehicles that do have adjustable headlights. My wifes Grand Cherokee Overland has HID headlights that will adjust in height depending on if your pulling a trailer or the back is loaded down with people and luggage
