Well my fully loaded tux black Screw made it to the dealer today. I won't get it until Monday. They said the spray took three days to cure. I went to the dealership to check out the truck and to find out what spray in they were actually using.
The truck was still filthy from transport. I learned the spray in was not actual Line X but similar and an authorized Ford dealer spray in. I was shown a sample card and the finish was much smoother than Line X and a thinner application. I got the standard "it's the same" until I finally showed the guy the real Line X I had sprayed in Super Duty.
Does anyone have experience with the dealer spray ins as far as durability? Cost wise it is $10 more than what I paid 4 years ago so that is not an issue.
One thing I noticed there is no grab handle on the driver's side. I am going to miss that real quick since I have to have the knee scoped next week.
