17 overall, I got 19 on my last trip with my new tires and aired far below door placard. If you changed tires and went with the popular options you added nearly 40lbs of unsprung weight, which will lower mpgs by a lot. I only added 2 lbs per tire and I'm down 0.5-1mpg.

So far with approximately 3,000 miles on my 2019 scab I am getting 18ish highway, 15ish around town. I have tried the various modes and I keep it in normal mode 95% of the time. My auto start stop is disabled 100% of the time. I run cheap gas 87 octane. The few times I have taken it off road the mileage of course tanks but I don't even bother tracking mpg when off road. FYI, this is hand calculated, if I go by the computer I get typically 1 mpg better, so 19mpg highway 16mpg around town.

Less than 1000 miles on it, so not fully broken in, but 14 to 14.5 town and 17.5 hwy at 75 so far.

I have just under 10k miles on my 2018 (purchased in July 18) and avg. about 14.3 MPG which is all inner city driving. Lots of lights, stops, etc.. I am very curious as to what I will get in a few months when we take our first road trip in it. I am hoping to 20 MPG but would be happy with anything above 18.
