Yes, and no. What are you trying to accomplish?
There are so many verifiable. weight in the bed, leafspring settling, screw or scab, amount of fuel...

I would like to get about 4" above stock height and have the truck level. I have 37's so it will raise it by an inch, but can I get 3" more in the front and 1" in the rear just by installing Fox 3.0's (I'm thinking they are adjustable to about 3" in front and 1" in the rear)?

I'n not sure if I'm making any sense ;-)

The rear shocks are not adjustable for height

Correct, but you could get adjustable shackles.

Yes, this makes sense. In most cases, you will need to trim/modify the inner well in order for 37" tires to fit in the front. I'm not sure if you can get a way with 3.0s cracked up. In any case it would probably give you a stiff ride. just my 2cents.

Guess the question though; Why is it so important to "lift" your raptor even though you are trying to do it (the right way) without using an actual lift?

Do you plan on taking it off-road or is this just for looks on the street?

If you never take it off-road then save your money and just lift it and be done with it. Just don't tell anyone here nor post pics and you will be just fine......
