Metal oil pan and drain plug?

Are you replying to me? If that is indeed the oil pan then it is the weirdest one I have ever seen. The drain plug looks to be in the corner of the pan?

Also, look above the drain plug. It looks like a fill plug?

?? you can see the starter and bell housing.

looks fine to me, idk man.

i see no fill plug, i see a bell housing bolt and pant bolts.

That's the oil pan. You can see where the plate was removed from the skid plate to access the oil drain plug. Same spot with the plastic pans.

Looks very similar to the metal oil pans on my 2011 and 2014 Ecoboost F150s.

I am curious if you actually changed your oil? The pic looks a little bit like the transmission or transfer case and not the oil pan??

Not to be rude, but I think most us know the difference between an oil pan and transmission/transfer case when crawling under our trucks. Those who do not know are the ones who are NOT crawling under theirs to look and snap photos.

You can clearly see the rear of the skid plate in the picture which is directly underneath the engine.
