Rather give morrie the business since hes been a huge help thus far. Maybe he can match that price...

Question:

Will a turn down affect off raoding if the exhaust is submerged seeing the exhaust exits underneath the truck and not in the rear?

That's a good question, I would like to know this as well. I would assume not, as it's probably only a little lower than where the stock exit is. And I have seen the exhaust submerged in many videos with no ill effects. Maybe someone else can chime in on this...

Has anyone confirmed/ denied the cutting with the MBRP systems with SuperCabs? I feel like MBRP is clueless, since the install shhet, as previously stated, states the SuperCab bed length as 6.5 feet instead of 5.5. I have the MBRP turndown waiting to go on when the truck gets here, definitely don't want to make a cut if I don't have to, but I am assumming I will have to just due to the fact that the SuperCrew is 12" longer...

I've got the black series performance exhaust ready to go but the dealer is going to install it at day 1. I'm just going to brief them they may need to trim up to 12 inches. I guess we'll find out in 2 weeks or so!

I'm almost ready to pull the trigger on this exhaust but after hearing some magnapack clips I'm undecided. I have a friend that can weld the magnapack in but I don't want to wait for mine and his schedule to open up.

I called and spoke with some else from MBRP last week and they're convinced you don't have to cut.

If you measure your exhaust put together I can measure on my truck to see where it would sit.

Or I drive to Rochester and we put it on my truck....:hmm:

Get it, and if you gotta cut it, just cut it.
Not a big deal.

I already have it lol, and it says to cut in the manual, but they also messed up the lengths of the bed in the manual. I don't want to cut it then realize im SOL.

And that could be an idea! ;) If I don't have to cut then I am going to send the exhaust back for a replacement cause the one they sent me has a bend, probably from shipping. If I have to cut, the bend will be irrelevant, if not Im sending back for a new one.

Installed mine yesterday and the front pipe resonator assembly requires 12" to be trimmed off. No big deal, installation was a cinch. Removal of the the stock exhaust requires a hoist or lift and an extra set of hands.

It looks awesome, sounds good, and there is some slight drone right at 2k. Time will only tell how the black finish holds up to desert driving conditions.
