Markup hell?!?! Just me???

Anyone know what they are going for now? Raptors are still being advertised with at least $20k markup in my are So CA. This is my first time attempting to get Raptor so do you guys think they will ever sell at MSRP with no dealer markup?
There is some inventory around me but I have yet to a single 2017 Raptor on the road

It's not a limited vehicle in the sense that only 500 will be made a year. After the rush of "gotta have it now" the dealers will...deal. I could see ADM lasting in some areas through MY18 but only for dealers where they are selling at ADM without much time on the lot. More and more will offer incentives as time progresses.

Live in Bridgewater VT. Got the same runaround from multiple dealers in VT. Sounds like Formula to me. Ended up ordering from Brattleboro Ford. Paid MSRP but got about 2k more for trade in then going value. Not sure if they have any allocations left. I took delivery about 3 weeks ago. Ask for Salesman Dan Underwood tell him Greg sent u.

I called them a few weeks ago said they were only getting two and they were spoken for. I ended up ordering one from ford of greenfield in ma. One order ahead of me. And it's a 802 with carbon and bead locks so I'll prob get it before that one gets built. I ordered a 801 avalanche screw. They have more allocations too at msrp.

You come into a thread for your first post about people complaining about markups and try to sell 2 Raptors for 10K over. I hope those raptors sit on your lot forever.

I work at a Ford Dealership as well, Jordan Ford in San Antonio, we have received 7 Raptors so far and 5 of the 7 didn't last 2 days on the lot before they where sold. We currently have 2 in stock as well one white and one silver.
Back to the topic of the thread. They are selling over MSRP almost everywhere i have seen, and heard of. I have received calls here at the dealership from people in
California, who stated they are selling for 30k over
New York, where they are selling for 20k over
Canada, where they are selling for 20k over
and Vegas, again 20k over
Also a lot of the places are having issues with inventory, all of the people i have talked to said they are having issues just finding them where they are at. The gentleman from Vegas ordered his in the beginning of September and they just finally gave him a build date, for the end of February.

The mark up on them is due to the high demand and limited availability right now.
We have our raptors at 10k over sticker as well, but its not just the raptor. The same mark up is applied to the RS, GT350, GT350R, and the Shelby trucks.

The 2 that we do have on the lot have only been here since Friday and probably won't be here long. Just to add to how quickly they are moving, here in the area at least l.

I am new to the forum and looking to find one at MSRP...mostly out of principle..why should Ford have a MSRP if no dealer is going to use it. It's seems like BS and not loyal to its customers.

I did find a dealer for $5k over and I told him I would order it but I have a trade in...He asks what the trade in is and what its worth...I said it worth $5k over trade in value...LOL!

Go to the dealers out in the sticks to find yours at MSRP. All the big city dealers colluded together to charge and get a high ADM.

You're probably not going to find one in SoCal for under $10,000 over MSRP. Go out of the state and get a dealer to order you one. Make sure you have the CA Emissions package added to the build.
