As the title says, it literally spray from the wheel right up to the door handle. I remember hearing it as a negative in a youtube review, and thought it was a stupid complaint, but now that I have driven it, you can draw a line up the door to the handle and thats the mud path.

The dirt in the pic isnt even from having fun and mudding, it is just from driving fairly slow down dirt roads for work. I had to get in and out of the truck doing paperwork and it was tough with a dirty door handle.

I do have PDP flaps on the way!

The old ones did it too. Kind of comes with the territory with the way the fenders are flared out and have to taper back in to the body at the bottom edge.

I've heard from those who say the mudflaps work but I haven't really looked at any comparisons with/without to say for fact they do.

From my own experience...

Two Raptors out in Moab...

I had running board extensions on the front and nowhere near as bad goo wise.

I couldn't get used to the look of them. Dirty Raptor's are fun for about 5 seconds until you have to clean this crap up! My neighbors hate me!

Understandable, but this isnt just one random fun sunday out playing, this is daily driving for home/work. I gotta tone it down at least a little bit. I hate tracking it in the truck getting in and out when working.

xrocket21 did you get your truck from Rowe Auburn?

Last year we bought an explorer sport for my wife from rowe westbrook. Someone else fell asleep at the wheel and hit her at 3k miles, we bought a second from rowe auburn.

Time comes to buy a raptor, and rowe (dont remember which) wanted like $10k over MSRP, and they can eat a ****.

Got it from Quirk in Augusta for $1k under MSRP.

I recognize the username for sure, NASIOC? IWSTI? NSER?

I haven't seen any Gen2's sitting on the lot at Rowe Auburn yet. But a couple weeks ago I saw a black Gen2 in the wash bay and it wasn't around the next day. I also looked on their website and it wasn't there either. Someone must have ordered that truck. I thought it might be yours.

That black one in Rowe's wash bay is the only other Gen2 that I've seen in person. I haven't seen any on the road yet, besides mine.
