Magnefine Inline Power Steering Filter

Im thinking about going with that and a filter magnet. Its more than the magnefine throw aways but cheaper than the magnefine performance one and has a bracket. Also takes a spin on filter that I can purchase locally if needed

I have the magnafine performance filter for a while now. Been offroad a few times including CT raptor run a week ago and my PS is holding up fine

Getting ready to change my filter after 20K miles. This will be the second Magnafine I've had on it.

No problems to date. I do plan on cutting it apart to see how it's performing. @Dan06

How many weekends off-road? Did you blow a PS pump during any of that time.

Unfortunately, not much offroading. Urban offroading if anything. Still using the original power steering pump.

Hey, guess I will have to revive this thread to ask a dumb question,which way do you point the magnafine filter on the 3/8 inch line. Does it flow towards the PS reservoir or away from it. Thanks for any info and any status updates on how your filters are doing. Did anybody open one up to look at it yet?

Arrow points towards the PS Reservoir / the fluid flows into the PS Reservoir from the 3/8 line. 3/8 line is the return line @farman
