I plan on doing this as well just not sure which line it goes on???

I looked at my old reservoir and one barb looks like 3/8 and the other looks like 1/2.

Not sure which line is which(supply or return).

I think the 3/8 is return...??? 1/2 would be supply...?

Yes big is supply and small is return.

im thinking of putting in on the return line so it gets the fluid coming from the rack. this way any metal pieces that are flowing through it will get trapped and clean fluid will flow back into the res and the cooler!

I just ordered mine. Measured the OEM reservoir and Got the 3/8 size.

Received my 3/8" filter but I think I should have ordered the 1/2" size instead???

I researched the supply and return hoses from the RPG power steering video install who stated the 1/2" line was the return...??

Yay or nay????

Let me know your finds before I order one. I'll prob measure it tomorrow, but I'm to lazy to start playing outside in the cold at the moment.
