MagnaFlow D-Fit Muffler (#19465)

I installed my Magnaflow d-fit muffler yesterday. Sounds great. It was a bit of a booger to install. On cold start up I am getting a little bit of a exhaust leak where one of the muffler pipes mates with one of the tail pipes. I've loosened the clamp and adjusted it and the pipe several time to no avail. The tail pipe is fully seated into the muffler pipe. Nothing can be heard from the outside so I guess I will just live with it or find a wider clamp.

How is the sound/vibrations/drone at around 40mph (should be 7th gear)? Curious is the Corda Extreme has the same issue as the AWE at that rpm/gear. It's the range I am un quite often driving to/from work through our neighborhood or dropping kids off at school.
