After I tried the Corsa Sport muffler replacement on my truck and ended up not loving it I swore I was going to keep the stock exhaust. Well apparently, like most of us mod addicts here, I can't leave well enough alone.

I've been looking at the other MILD direct-fit muffler replacements, which basically means the FlowMaster FlowFX muffler, but then saw this MagnaFlow D-Fit option. The only video I can find is the one on MagnaFlow's site, which sounds like what I'm looking for in an exhaust. I want something slightly louder than stock that has some character to it, with no drone or resonance during daily driving or stop and go traffic. Something between stock and the Corsa Sport muffler.

Does anyone have any feedback on the MagnaFlow D-Fit? Link is below:

I just ordered this muffler. Once I get it I'll let you know what I think. I'll also try to get some good clips of it.
That would be great, I’d like to hear your thoughts once you get it installed.

I just installed 2 magnaflow 4" round mufflers in place of the stock muffler. Have only put about 30 miles on it. So hard to give a good review. It needs broke in. But def not obnoxious and a much deeper tone than stock.

I want to get forscan and disable the fake noise. I kind of feel like the new deeper tone and the fake noise kind of compete with one another bc the sound heard inside the cab is COMPLETELY different tone than the sound heard from outside the cab.

But so far nothing bad to say. I just wish when the exhaust note came through it was similar to the much improved exterior sound not the amplified fake sound.

The 2fg removeves the muffler bit keeps the resonator. Good mild sound. Too mild for me.... I went 0fg and love it
Glad you like it, I personally don’t care for the AWE sound. Too loud and too much rasp for me - I think we have a different definition of the word “mild” [emoji16].

Really just looking for feedback on the MagnaFlow D-Fit setup, I’ve listened to everything else out there.

mild in comparison to? Better ? Lol. I mean I feel like stock is probably what most people consider mild ? So if that’s the baseline then? Idk good luck
