Hennessy did swap the superchargers at their Irvine location last year. I picked it up from the shop.

I don't even know what to say about this. It was like losing a loved one. We all watched it grow. And having tried SOOOO HARD to save her, there was nothing we could do. We had to watch her go. We thank God that nobody got hurt and returned safely.

Thank you Chris for providing us with such an awesome icon of a truck! I'm truly sorry this had to happen.

It sounds like a clear cut case of fuel line failure under pressure. If fire was pouring down onto the skid plate. If that IS the root cause and they all use similar lines, it could happen to any charged Raptor regardless of where it came from or who installed it.

pretty sure all the supercharger kits have upgraded fuel systems, except in Hennessey's case their "upgrade" is a downgrade

it's possible it's not the fuel lines failing but whatever fuel rails or injectors Hennessey uses in their kits

Hey Blue SVT, I just read your post on FB claiming the fire started in the rear of the truck. I just want everyone to know that the engine started in the engine compartment. I was there. I had my face in the flames coming out of the wheel well and onto the skid plate. I don't remember seeing Matt there.

Sounds plausible
But good(serviced) injectors will keep the pressure from the induction inside the cilinder.

Unless some fire/car pro takes a look. We will probably never know
