It could actually be the line a fitting that wasn't torqued just right, a fitting, fuel rail. Like Cleave pointed out, whatever they are using different or doing different than the fuel systems everyone else is using.

Hennessy did swap the superchargers at their Irvine location last year. I picked it up from the shop.

Thanks for clearing that up, I'm surprised people still take cars to Hennessy.

Yeah something as "simple" as wrong o-rings for the upgraded injectors could have caused it. I hope the find the source so it doesn't happen to others. Eff me that sucks. Sorry for your loss, Chris. Best wishes in the future. Glad everyone is safe.
