My 2013 Screw Raptor has 8200 miles on it. Had it's first oil change 200 miles ago. Today my wife and I drove the truck about 100 miles or so and on our way home I stopped to get gas. It's hot as hell in Louisiana this time of year so I didn't turn the truck off.
I get out of the truck to run to the bathroom and when I get back my wife is pumping our gas. She says "Hey your oil pressure light came on when you got out of the truck." I open the door and look inside and sure enough the low oil pressure warning is showing on the display.
I immediately turn the truck off and check the oil.... It was full. No leaks under the truck either.
I restarted the truck and we drove home and it was fine. Once I had it in the driveway I ran a vehicle health report and it says everything is normal and no faults.
The truck was sitting dead level when the warning came on. It didn't come on again and the analog gauge is about in the middle.
Anyone else experience this. I hate to take it to the dealer if its nothing.... but I was planning on driving it to Florida in a couple of weeks.
Opinions, comments?
