Loud signal niose

I hope this is the right place for this .....

Just picked up my first Raptor last week . The clicking noise from the signals is driving me nuts. Has anyone modded this to be quieter when applied?

If so please let me know what you did , thanks

I just don't use mine. Problem solved and then that way, nobody knows your next move so they can't be ***** and not let you merge or whatever it is that you're trying to do.

I noticed the turn signal noise during a test drive. It is annoying. Every automaker should copy BMW's turn signals - they are the best I've experienced. Upon completing a turn, there is no "thud" from the stalk returning to the neutral position. Like butta.

That's the problem now . I don't use them but its going to get me in trouble with the local law.

I figured someone must have tackled this by now. Ill wait and see if there is a quick fix here if not Ill figure it out and post it.

I agree re BMW my wife has the X5M, nice and quiet.

Well, coming from my 2011, I have no turn signal thud. Mine gets pressed down and returns to the center.

The speaker for the signal is the same one for chimes. Its located on the back of the instrument cluster. I tried to quite mine down but didn't have much success and really haven't pursued since then. There are some pictures in this thread. http://www.fordraptorforum.com/f12/ignition-dinger-2751/
