As you can see the pan has no baffling just completely open. At this point in time we do not know if this is the potential problem or maybe one of many. Engine build is still analyzing the parts and doing some measurements. I hope these help and I have many pics of various parts also.
Interesting that there is no baffling. With offroading, there could be significant shift in oil leading to starvation. It doesn't take much depending on RPM. Don't know about motorcycle engines but the 06-08 Porsche Cayman had an unbaffled pan and a high speed turn could result in starvation. 6K rpm, sweeping left turn at Mid-Ohio left the engine block in 3 pieces

Unfreakin believable. They went to the extreme of six bolt mains yet their $50 pan doesn't have a baffle.
Could this be the case of what might happen on a slight overfill? Under acceleration the oil pools in the back and gets frothed by the crank? I had a Yamaha outboard do this. The sea state required excessive nose down trim which leans the crank back. Heading up the swells it leans further back and eventually the crank touches the pool of oil, froths and then low pressure oil alarm and cutback. I shut down, popped the cowl, pulled the stick and the crankcase was frothed up! Cause, overfill.

This. LS7 vettes would always blow up in the morning at Daytona, sustained lateral g's in excess of a few seconds followed by a oil pressure event. Now we have a 4.3 sec truck and a 6 qt wet sump without baffles.
Unless the dang thing spun a bearing and cut off flow elsewhere but they would have seen that on tear down.

Hmm seems like an aftermarket (aluminum) oil pan with baffles would sell like hot cakes.

Dropped off my 2018 with 2,000 miles at the dealership last Tuesday. It was having similar issues. No oil pressure (intermittent), power would cut out under acceleration, check engine light was on. So the dealer called late Tuesday and said the engine was 3.5 quarts low on oil!! And they needed to call Ford to decide the next step. After a couple days the report back is that...
“Apparently they’re having a problem with the pcv hose collecting oil so they have to send me a reengineered valve cover. We also need to check to make sure no damage was caused to the engine.”
