looking for insight - ECM aborts when boost is present

As I bring up the RPM - and the manifold pressure goes from vacuum to boost, the wastegates open and the throttle closes, basically keeping any boost from appearing.....

been through it several times... no obvious boost leaks....

Hard to say without a list of mods(bov,throttle plate,ic,tune,piggyback). Only thing that i remember being similar was a ic tube being off . But i don't remember specifically.

turned out this wasn't really a problem - the behavior changed a little after my turbo upgrade - I'm not able to rev it up in park and hit enough into boost to pop the BOV. Once I'm rolling - it's fine.
