As the title states, I’m looking for an install PDF or a DIY thread. I found the Keep It Dirty Off-road video but I’m looking to see if anyone has a PDF.

Thanks

I don’t have a pdf but I felt the YouTube video from elevi8crew was much more informative than the one you mention

I used this thread as a guide:
https://www.fordraptorforum.com/threads/how-to-install-deaver-springs-on-your-ford-raptor.374/
Definitely recommend a sawzall and a fresh blade for that front left bolt, other than that it's pretty straightforward, torque everything and ideally witness mark your bolts. Good luck!

I’ve done many coilover and spring installs in my days but never leaf springs.

This one says I can completely disconnect the leaf spring before I jack up the truck?
Doesn’t this mean that there would be nothing supporting this corner or the truck?

Also wondering do I need a 15/16 socket? I’ve seen some mention it and others don’t.

That definitely doesn't sound right, you want jack stands under the frame rails before disconnecting. The rear shocks, yes, but like you said the weight of the truck is on those leafs, or at least the back half.

Not sure on the 15/16", although that sounds about right for the pivot bolts, I don't have it written down but can check mine if you need it just let us know.

Another side note, pay attention to the shackle orientation, take a "before" pic if you can, just to make sure you don't get them reversed or anything. Of course doing one side at a time you can always look at the other side but still.

I installed my Deaver leaf springs in 3 hours. Used a shop hoist, jack, and a pneumatic cutting tool for the front bolts.
Forget the sawzall and the metal blade. Had another set of hands. Straightforward install.

Thread revival..my son and I are installing the Deavers on his 2017 F-150 Raptor conversion and was curious if it’s necessary for the U-bolt plate that’s on top of the OEM springs to be swapped over to the Deavers when reinstalling? I was going to remove them but it’s pretty difficult getting the 117,+++ miles nuts to loosen up on the OEM springs. Thanks

I did, not sure if 100% necessary but helps locate the u-bolts for assembly I think. Here's a pic of my LH Deaver installed and the RH stock one in the background:
