I have a Thinkware F800 Pro, front and rear. There are some Cloud features. I do not have a way to use them all except at home. Might be worth looking into. I really like the way it works. FYI I went to Best Buy and they installed both front and rear camera's for $100 (2 years ago).

I tried the Genuius FHD series. Do t do it. Tried to wire it into the truck using one of the upwire switches. All the Genius devices use 5 volts. Fried the power board when I wired into the trucks 12 volt system. Next time I’ll be sure and check the specs , figured if it ran off the power port that it was 12 volts ...wrong.

Blackvue 750S 2 CH. with the parking module installed. Love it ! Its as good as it gets right now. Nothing else in the market beats it.( That I am aware of. I've tried dozens of dashcams) It survives the heat of my cab when parked, which none of the other brands can survive.

I've used nothing but BlackVue on my cars. Having the dual forward/backward camera is a big deal. At 1080 I can record for hundreds of street miles before it wraps.

The app is not bad so much as primitive and clunky, it works fine. Not sure who said what but I do think the windows version is much better than the phone version. To be honest I only use the app if I want to save something off to HDD/Cloud, I normally let the feed just wrap and overwrite. If you want videos of your fun/excursions/adventures maybe a go-pro would be better?

If I had it to do over I'd get one with 4 cameras. I had something hit me in a parking lot and the shock sensor activated the camera, found the big dent in the side of my truck but the video is inconclusive as to which car in the parking lot hit me since it was on the side, in the two minutes after the activation there were about a dozen cars seen driving past, one was the culprit.
