That was the only other thing I could think of, sw tunes and tests only there set up. I wanted to go magnaflow but stayed sw all the way.

High flow cats, x-pipe, chambered exhaust, true dual with factory exit.

I'm thinking this is an electrical issue. Unfortunately I can't get it to the dealer until after the new year.

Where talking really low voltage and resistance values here.
Add the fact that there's an extension on the passenger rear O2.
If the wires coming down to the O2s get over heated enough that will change things.
Corrosion, even a badly kinked wire, can throw things off.
Corrosion at the three PCM plugs is something to look at.

Right, but from what you're saying if the code is lean, then it's heating too fast. Add the extension, supposed to slow the heat rate.

Looking at the stock cats, the down steam O2 sensor is right on the cat. I would think that would take some time to heat up that mass. But the distance between bank 1 and bank 2 is only about 10 inches. In the SW system it's a few feet difference.

They call it heated O2 when its waiting for the exhuast to heat the rear O2s up.
There is no power going to the O2 to heat it. It's just terminology.

It's electrical I'd go with all new right to the plugs, I remember you having trouble with the installer, they might have just rushed it threw after sitting on there hands.

Thanks for all the suggestions.
I have finally got this figured out. Had the truck into the dealer this week too track down the check engine code. They found a faulty O2 sensor harness. Replaced it under warranty. The truck has been driving days now without any CEL. Wahoo! Finally.
