^ exactly.

I changed the port size to the smallest hole to restrict flow, and hopefully limit how fast the sensor heats up.

Well, it didn't seem to help. Still getting the same code. [emoji26]

I guess it's time to think about replacing the wires to the O2s.
You may have no choice but to bring it in to Ford and let them test the O2s.
With the software and testing procedures they use they can isolate what is making the codes pop up better than anyone else.

Even if they have to put the stock tune back on, which we know will throw codes.
But they should be able to determine if the PCM is even getting a reading from the O2s or its a time issue.

I was checking out the OBDII Link this morning on the way to work. Seems to have a lot of info on the O2 sensors. But I don't know what all that information means. One out put is voltage. Both rear sensors seem to be getting voltage but it varies over a range of .01 - .7. Good bad? Don't know. Lol....

Time to move to a county with no emissions.

Its very odd that you are having such issues with yours throwing a CEL. I run the SVC tune most of the time which from what I was told has the Cats turned on and I don't have any issues. I have also driven around with the stock tune here and there including 2 weeks when I had the headers put on and never thrown a CEL. I have the same SW High Flow Cats as you.

The dealership scanner can indeed narrow down whether there is too much or too little signal from the o2 sensor. It is very very possible that you have bad wiring on the truck harness side of the wiring connector for the o2 sensor.
