Ive heard someone makes an O2 sensor simulator that send all the right signals to the computer so you wont throw any codes. Dont have much info on them but it may be something to look in to.

i am trying to get this done and am running out of options, called mike at 5 star , diff tune and no luck, still get the light , code po153, which means slow response,drivers side bank 2, i am sorry i did the headers ,what a pain in the ass, may have to put the stock manifolds back on and call it a day, do not know what else to do. my options are running out, i went to ford and bought a new sensor, taking a shot , and the light came on after 2 miles, at least with the old one i went 60 miles before the light came on, so i went backwards, stock air box is on also. so i may be done . help !!!!!!!!

Use e-30 ethanol

you can try e-15 but I use e-30 in mine with no trouble

at some gas stations and no my Raptor has over 20,000 on it is no lights no nothing I put it in every vehicle I use e-30 in every thing. They have charts on the net for mixing e-85 with regular to get e-30.

my truck has 34,000 miles, my thing is it's not designed for e85, not so sure i wanna try that one , any one else try that ????

At this point, I would seriously be considering replacing the O2 sensor wiring harness itself, it sounds to me like the harness has a break in the actual wire somewhere inside the wire sleeve OR one of the pins in the harness plug isn't fully seated causing a loss of signal.
