Ok just installed the Hellwig #7743 with my Deaver +3HD will report back in a few and update how the ride is! And yes looks great with the Ford Performance Rear diff cover.

Larger rear anti-sway bar will reduce vehicle under-steer. Read another thread on this and the op recommended getting the axle u-bolt clamps welded to the axel as they will rotate on the axle changing left right rear ride height. Larger rear bar diameter should increase throttle steering (drifting) of the vehicle on dirt roads.

If the u-bolts are torqued properly and checked after some miles they will stay in place. If seriously off-roading and it hangs/snags big rocks, etc then the brackets could be beaten loose or otherwise moved I suppose. I’ve been running the 1” bar for thousands of miles now with nothing moving or coming loose. The big rear bar should be a Ford option IMO.

With the Bronco offering a sway bar disconnect. I think the Gen 3 should have sway bars front and rear with a disconnect for each one. I was really expecting to see this on the Gen 3, but Ford came up short in this area of tech this time. Considering these trucks are mostly driven on road more often by more customers, it would have been a great feature. I guess that can go back to why the Gen 2 wasn’t a linked truck as well.

I just grabbed one of these on eBay for $500 new. Who knows when I’ll be able to get it on but was a good deal and I’ve been planning on it for a while.

Does anyone know the size of the front sway bar? And also, is it the same as a regular F150 front bar?

Holy hell, I can't believe this thread. Once again proving that people want an Raptor, but the don't actually want a Raptor.

Adding a rear sway bar to a Raptor should be a Felony.
