those setup sound good on that scab but what about the screw? adapters included is great but how does it affect the exhaust sound?

They have no influence, they're literally just extensions to accommodate the longer wheel base

I don't foresee any of our components working with that configuration, my friend. The downpipes, on the other hand, should if they're designed to mate with the factory exhaust.
