On my gen 1, I run a 37x13.50 Toyo Open Country I'm on Gen 2 3.0 non live valve, KHC conversion buckets up front and rear brackets. RPG 1.5" shock collar up front on Gen 1 Eibach Springs. I also recently installed limit straps, which for my particular setup, have helped a ton!
I've got the KHC buckets, G2 (non LV) with G2 coils, and the SVC coil adjusters. Having clearance issues to the BMS UCA's. Did yours also, before the limit straps?20250204_150434.jpg

Yes I did!!! I know the picture is with the G1 shocks and buckets, but even after the G2 conversion, with new oem uppers as well, it looked the same! And it was a loud agresive sound when they would make contact while wheeling. Installed my limit straps, and the truck is a lot quieter up front now, and feels a lot smoother!! I based it off of the Evil limit strap kit, used 12" straps, and I love it, gives me peace of mind, and on top, helps with the extreme cv angles, especially since I just went to the RCV delete as well!!!

Did Evil make their own 1-piece, cnc-machined bracket, or was it a bushing welded to that oval bracket? Did they use longer bolts? Since they're gone, (and nobody else is making one that hangs off that ginormous bolt), I'm looking into making my own setup. I even looked into the possibility of welding a "D-ring" or a heavy tab onto the oem bolt and hanging a strap from that.. Buying an aftermarket steel LCA with a limit strap tab is not an option for me.20250214_073152.jpg

That’s a good point. I know SVC UCA’s require 0 offset. RPG makes a set that work with stock wheels even.
This is the tire clearance on BMS tubular Gen 1 UCA's, on a G1 front suspension with KHC buckets, Gen 2 coilovers, and SVC coil adjusters. With the original BFG KO2 315/70/R17 tires & factory (2011) 17X8.5 wheels with 34mm offset, they are 2 millimeters from scrubbing at droop.
