The whip is flexible, but still fairly stiff. I wouldn't be worried about it denting anything.

As you can see from my first post, I had the whip attached to the rear fender with a Sticky Whip suction mount. Going through the dunes jumping and doing doughnut had no problems. The mount held tight and once removed left no marks.

I just spliced in a 4-pin trailer plug that I bought at Harbor Freight. This way the LEDs are on anytime my headlights are on.

That's exactly what Yukon did. Also it was pretty easy. Joe is not much of an electrical guy and he never complained on that one. Good luck, I think you'll love it!

Sounds easy enough. I'm not afraid of some light electrical splicing, but don't like getting to deep into the vehicle's electrical system/wiring. Sounds like this is a DIY'er then good. Thanks all! :cheers:
