Did this on my truck today after realizing they made leather wrapped ones. I ordered BL3Z1606024BA off a seller on eBay for a good price and install was smooth and took less than 10 min. I should mention I called my local dealer who kept telling me it wasn’t compatible with my truck and it was NLA but then they looked again and there was 1 left in the country but that they could not provide pricing until placing it on special order. YMMV

I bought a blue stitched leather cover on Ebay and did it myself since you can't get the blue stitching with an OEM cover.

I glued 1" thick high density foam on first. It's way nicer than OEM to use as an arm rest. Covered the foam with a layer of a muslin/batting to let the leather slide nicely over the foam. Then I glued the edges only of the leather and the console cover and attached the cover, starting at the middle in front/back, then on the sides, then work your way out from each center. Do it on a warm day and pull it tight. Trim off any excess and put the cover back together.

The contact adhesive I used is linked below. Works great.
