Looking to do this mod finally after a recent road trip and the uncomfortable plastic lid. Who has the best price on these? My searching turned up pricing in the $350 range.

Ebay one. Its pretty decent for what I figured id get.

Good choice! One of the first upgrades I did and it has lasted 10 years.

Best bang for the buck upgrade, you use it every time you drive and your arm thanks you for it. I went with the OEM almost ten years ago and it has held up great and looks so good compared to the plastic one.
