come on FORD....we spend 50k...on a truck and you can't even kick-down a Platinum Center Console Lid....?

Just did this today, huge improvement. This is how it SHOULD have come.

I could care less how long this thing lasts. I know we are tough on our Raptors, but I don't beat on my console lid anymore than a Ford Platinum owner. If it lasts a year or two, I'd just buy another one to replace it.

I'm old, I could use the padding for my elbow (elbows if I got the armrests).

Just commenting. Mainly curiosity because of the different materials. Stock is a hard material while the platinum is soft and seems susceptible to more damage. The look and probably comfort gains are well worth it though. The stocker isn't comfy at all.

There's no way our center console lid would take any more of a beating than a Platinum. It's too bad they didn't go to a little more detail fixing up the interior of the Raptor the whole dash should be done in something nice as well.
