Well for me, i herd my console lid crack when Iused it a little harsh while elbowing my way into the seat in a tight parking spot. noticed the other day the lid is not flat now. so I remembered this thread and BAM, it was right there being brought up again. Hahaaaaa.

Dont know if this link helps at all. IMO an extra $150 (give or take) is worth black stitching. I know the pic doesnt help much but the leather looks the same, just different color stitching.

I like the looks of that but I can't imagine the finish would hold up like the stocker.
