I had a terrible squeak with mine when I got it for months from the back, could not tell what it was till I got my bed lined, it was my bed cover being to close to the back window and the cover was rubbing against it, when the liner guys were done they put my cover back on (but the right way) and never herd the squeakin again

my remedy is +2 deavers or a good ol' stage 3 kit from our friends at RPG

My RPG Stage 3 with National standard springs has been creaking since day one. I contacted RPG and Jarrett replied telling me to lift the back of the truck enough to allow full droop and to clean in between each leaf. I'm planning to do that this weekend. While I'm there, I'll grease up any contacting surfaces as well.

I confirmed the noise was the coming from the leaf pack by getting under the truck while someone stood on the rear tow points and jumped up and down. It is definitely coming from the leaf pack but I can't if it's from the leafs themselves or the bushings. It sounds more like the bushings are the culprits though.

If the cleaning/lubing of the leafs doesn't solve the problem, any suggestions on how to attack the bushings?

Get a couple cans of CorrosionX HD. And spray those creaking springs. Go to the CorrosionX website and be amazed!

I had recently installed my RPG Stage 3 about a month ago and I have been dealing with a squeak sound for about 2 to 3 weeks now, I will try what Jarret suggested, I will also call RPG Tomorrow to place an order :D and ask them on how to solve this issue ASAP since I like my truck as quiet as possible, other than the Magnaflow and kooks headers coming in the near future :D :p :sly: I will also be retightening all the bolts to Spec on Rear Suspension.
